Czechia – Construction work for school buildings – Rekonstrukce kuchyně ZŠ a MŠO Ostrčilova, PO

This public contract has been divided and the part including the transformer station is being tendered by the contracting authority in a separate tendering procedure. The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the existing kitchen, dining room and part of the classroom building of the Primary and Nursery School Ostrava, Ostrčilova 10, PO. A floor will be added to the existing building for the operation of the second food outlet and the outlet's facilities. At the same time, a new communication section with an elevator and staircase connecting all floors of the building will be added to the building. All installations (especially water, sewerage, electricity, low-voltage, air conditioning) will be newly installed throughout the building and photovoltaics will be installed on the roof. The supply of interior equipment and the installation of catering equipment are also part of the construction. Following the reconstruction of the building, the relocation of energy networks, landscaping and the improvement of surrounding hardened areas will be carried out. The purpose of the building is to increase the capacity of meals prepared and served in the kitchen and dining room and to improve the hygienic and technical parameters of the spaces. During the implementation of the subject of the public contract, the distribution of lunches (whose preparation will be ensured by an external entity) will be carried out in a temporary distribution in the school's substitute spaces. The tendering procedure is taking place as part of the implementation of the project „Reconstruction of the kitchen of the Primary and Nursery School, Ostrčilova 10, PO - energy savings“, which is being carried out by the contracting authority within the 93rd call of the Operational Programme Just Transition 2021–2027.
