The subject of the contract is the Delivery of Microsoft 365 E7 FUSL software licenses for MZ to ensure access to M365 E7 FUSL software in the SaaS model along with technical support, including: 1.1. as part of the basic order: M365 E7 FUSL licenses in the amount of 930 units along with support for a period of 36 months and 1.2. as part of the optional order, a maximum of: 1.2.1. M365 E7 FUSL licenses in the amount of 186 units, 1.2.2. Visio P2 Sub Per User licenses in the amount of 13 units, 1.2.3. Planner & Project P3 Sub Per User licenses in the amount of 5 units, 1.2.4. Teams Rooms Pro Sub Per Device licenses in the amount of 10 units, 1.2.5. Teams Premium Sub Per User licenses in the amount of 10 units, 1.2.6. Win Server DC Core ALng LSA 16L licenses in the amount of 1 unit, 1.2.7. Win Server DC Core ALng LSA 2L licenses in the amount of 1 unit, 1.2.8. Win Server Standard Core ALng LSA 16L licenses in the amount of 1 unit, 1.2.9. Win Server Standard Core ALng LSA 2L licenses in the amount of 1 unit, 1.2.10. SQL Server Standard Core ALng LSA 2L licenses in the amount of 1 unit, 1.2.11. SQL Server Enterprise Core ALng LSA 2L licenses in the amount of 1 unit. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including a description of the equivalence of the above licenses, is Annex No. 1 to SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract and Annex No. 2 to SWZ - Draft Contract Terms. 3. The contractor is obliged to implement the contract on the principles and conditions described in the Essential Contract Terms constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ.
