Belgium – Guard services – Bewakingsopdrachten VRT

Lot 1 includes the fixed security services: static security (access to the site, mobile agents on the site, reception staff) and the operators of the control room of the broadcasting centre and the shipyard. In addition, this also includes the mobile security (intervention after alarm) of the broadcasting centre and regional locations of the VRT. Finally, this lot includes other related services linked to the security of the VRT (mainly training, consultancy). Due to the construction of and the move to the new VRT-house in the coming years, the number of security agents/operators will first increase (security of two large sites) and then decrease and stabilise in the new VRT-house. Lot 2 includes the additional security services at the broadcasting centre and elsewhere in Belgium. This concerns both static security of for example access and materials, as well as event security and bodyguarding.
