ARC administers and performs waste collection in Tårnby Municipality and Dragør Municipality. To support the work, Ordregiver needs a management system that can cover the entire spectrum from the citizen's collection agreement to the cleaning staff's performance of the service, as well as collect proper documentation for services performed or reasons why services have not been performed. Furthermore, the system shall be used by the municipalities for invoicing the services. The tendered task includes delivery, operation, maintenance and support of an IT management system as a Cloud-based SaaS solution, where Ordregiver has the right to use it during the contract period. The new IT management system shall replace Ordregiver's current IT management system.
