In order to ensure a modern, secure, efficient IT infrastructure and to ensure the proper functioning of the technical conditions necessary for interoperability services as well as complex IT systems for the central apparatus and other subordinate units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MAI), it is necessary to organise and conduct a procurement procedure for the award of framework agreements for the supply of software licenses for a period of 36 months, CPV code 48310000-4, structured as follows: - Lot 1 – Office suite; - Lot 2 – Operating system; - Lot 3 – Server operating system type 1; - Lot 4 – Server operating system type 2. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information once, 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders for clarifications requested 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, as specified in section I.3) Communication from the data sheet.
