The subject matter of the public contract awarded under the Framework Agreement is the supply of braking systems and the provision of maintenance services and spare parts for Svendborg Brakes braking systems, and includes the supply of new systems and the performance of preventive and emergency maintenance services, diagnostics and repairs, including the provision of spare parts for Svendborg Brakes braking systems installed on machinery and technical equipment used at the Contracting Authority's sites. The precise definition of the subject matter of the public contract and other requirements for its execution, including information, conditions, specifications and other details, are specified in detail in Section 3 of the Tender Documentation published in the NEN.
