France – Survey services – Missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour diverses opérations de création ou d'aménagements de voirie sur le périmètre des voiries d'intérêt communautaire de la CCLLA

This contract is a framework agreement for engineering services for various infrastructure operations on the public domain of community interest of the Communauté de Commune Loire Layon Aubance (designated as CCLLA). The CCLLA is planning various operations to refurbish, rehabilitate, and upgrade existing roads, pavements, and carriageways, as well as new developments on its territory. The main objectives are as follows: • Rehabilitate the road network; • Enhance public spaces and improve the living environment for users; • Improve safety conditions; • Recover/readapt or create networks (mainly for rainwater); • Promote accessibility and comfort of public spaces for all users; • Landscape public spaces; • Create soft mobility spaces; • Integrate all works present within the project perimeter to obtain a completed project (e.g. PAV and public lighting, within the framework of municipal or community competencies (Z.A.) sometimes followed by other partners such as the SIEML). • Integrate objectives of sustainable development and ecological transition. These operations, partially known to date, require, according to their state of progress, preliminary studies and/or work monitoring. The contract is therefore divided into two lots.
