Description of the scope of the supply or service for Waterbedrijf Groningen

The scope of the order for audit services includes the following components:

- Audit of the consolidated annual accounts of N.V. Waterbedrijf Groningen, resulting in an audit report;

- Audit of the annual business report in accordance with the Drinking Water Act, resulting in an audit report (in accordance with the Drinking Water Act and/or additional requirements from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management);

- Performance of the natural advisory function (providing requested and unsolicited advice to the Supervisory Board, management and management), arising from and inseparable from the certifying function;

- Performance of audit-related activities.
