The subject of the procurement is the supply of ROUTER EQUIPMENT, in order to ensure the communications necessary for the Romanian Customs Authority, as well as to continue the development of the IP/MPLS transport network administered by STS. The technical details are presented in the descriptive documentation, and the complete technical specifications are detailed in the SOC Table of the descriptive documentation. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, for clarifications received at least 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. With regard to requests for clarification concerning the descriptive documentation, these can be sent from the date of publication of the award notice and at the latest 6 days before the date set for the submission of tenders, the date set in the invitation to participate transmitted for the second stage of the procurement procedure - Submission of tenders. In this stage, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely within a period which will not normally exceed 3 working days from receipt of these, but no later than 4 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with the provisions of Article 82, paragraph 3 of Government Emergency Ordinance No. 114/2011.
