The subject of the contract is the provision of regular passenger transport services as part of public collective transport in the area of Lublin Municipality and neighbouring municipalities. 2. The scope of the contract includes the provision of regular passenger transport services as part of public collective transport, involving the transport of passengers on municipal transport routes within the area of Lublin Municipality and neighbouring municipalities, with which Lublin Municipality has agreements in place. The Contractor will be obliged to provide services with a minimum of 15 buses. The Contracting Authority allows for two solutions regarding the age and parameters of the offered buses. The Contractor is obliged to indicate one solution regarding the age and parameters of the buses, which will be implemented by the Contractor. The planned number of bus-kilometres (hereinafter referred to as bkm) during the implementation of the contract is 10,800,000 bkm. 3. The detailed scope of services is specified in the contract template along with the annexes – Annex No. 8 to SWZ.
