Czechia – Bridge construction work – Napojení silnice II/312 na D35 MÚK Vysoké Mýto – západ – I. a II. etapa

The subject of the Public Procurement, for the purposes of substantive, pricing and contractual division, consists of Task A and Task B. The supplier is obliged to submit a single tender for both tasks. The result of the procedure will be the selection of a single supplier and the conclusion of two interrelated contracts. The subject of Task A is the new construction of a ground transport link connecting the existing road II/312 with the newly constructed motorway D35. As part of the public procurement, the construction of a new ground transport link will be carried out, the relocation of existing roads of II. and III. category, local and purpose-built roads and the relocation of the existing cycle path. The construction also includes a new roundabout, the implementation of culverts, the construction of new bridge structures, the relocation of water supply, sewerage, gas and telecommunications networks and the implementation of public lighting. It also includes the provision of necessary traffic engineering measures and compensatory planting. The subject of Task B is SO 002 – subsequent care of greenery. For this part of the Public Procurement, the Contracting Authority will conclude a separate contract with the selected supplier. The Contracting Authority will conclude a separate contract with the selected supplier for Task A and a separate contract for Task B. By submitting a tender, the supplier undertakes to conclude both of the above contracts in the event of their selection. A detailed description of the subject of Task A is given in the Technical Specification, Drawings, Forms and Contractual Conditions, which form an annex to this tender documentation. A detailed description of the subject of Task B is given in the Contract for the Provision of Services – subsequent care, Project Documentation and Work Schedule, which form an annex to this tender documentation. The Project Documentation and Work Schedule are common for Task A and Task B. For each of the contracts, the relevant part of these documents will be used.
