France – Supervision of building work – Missions d'OPC-Commissionnement en vue des Travaux sur Equipements CVC du Bâtiment DUGOUJON, LYON 03

- Assistance during the design phases: APS - APD - PRO,

- Assistance during the "works" phases, partial completions and commissioning,

- Assistance during the phases of perfect completion and good functioning warranty, from the partial completions that the design team will define, and up to 2 years after the last partial completion of the works.

For these missions, the OPC and the Commissioning Agent will need to liaise with multiple stakeholders:

- The client,

- The design team,

- The technical controller,

- The health and safety coordinator,

- The contractors and their subcontractors,

- The operator and users,

- The cleaning service providers,

- The various services of the Métropole de Lyon (removal, maintenance, energy, …).
