France – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Marché de Maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la mise en accessibilité du Campus Thil, Campus Bailly-Facultés et Bailly-Claudel

The present contract involves overseeing the design and construction of works to make the entire Campus du Thil, the IUT d'Amiens and the Pôle STAPS accessible, in order to comply with the relevant regulations. The objective is to obtain the certificate issued under Article L 111.7.4 of the CCH, issued by the inspection body. The portion of the preliminary financial envelope, excluding VAT, allocated to these works by the Contracting Authority is: 2 083 500.00 euro(s) HT. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are paid for by lump sum prices. The criteria used to select the candidates are weighted as follows: 1-Competencies and technical and financial resources of all team members and relevance of the team composition - 50 % 2-Suitability and quality of references concerning operations of a similar nature and/or complexity and of comparable importance (in terms of area, financial amount, in bringing existing ERP into compliance or in taking accessibility into account in a new construction project) - 50 %
