Open Project Competition. Open urban design ideas competition for the territories of the Tauralaukio district, falling within districts 9.1, 9.2, 3, 9.4, 9.8 and 9.9, according to the decisions of the general plan of the city of Klaipėda. The aim of the project competition is to select the best urban planning, architectural and functional aspects and other requirements, listed in the competition terms, complying with the urban design idea project for the territories of the Tauralaukio district, falling within districts 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.8 and 9.9, according to the decisions of the general plan of the city of Klaipėda, on the basis of which, in the future, territorial planning documents will be prepared and this territory of the Tauralaukio district will be developed. Budget: The planned amount for the implementation of the purchase object of this project competition (i.e. the preparation of the urban design concept) is 50 000 Eur with VAT (41 322,31 Eur without VAT). According to VPĮ 55 str. 3 d. The purchasing organisation in advance in the competition documents determines the fixed price for the implementation of the purchase object of the project competition (i.e. the preparation of the urban design concept) - 50 000 Eur with VAT (or 41 322,31 Eur without VAT, if the supplier is not a VAT payer or the services are not subject to VAT, or for other reasons, due to which the final amount payable by the purchasing organisation to the supplier will be without VAT). It is planned to award the first 3 places of the project competition with monetary prizes (premiums), allocating 40 000 Eur, distributing the prize fund in the following sequence: 1st place – 16 000 Eur; 2nd place – 14 000 Eur; 3rd place – 10 000 Eur. The purchasing organisation determines only 1 (one) participant, having collected the most points and being in the first place, not meeting the grounds for exclusion and meeting the set qualification requirements, as the winner. It is planned to conclude a service purchase-sale agreement with the winner of the project competition for the preparation of the urban design concept.
