1) The subject of the procurement is the supply of specialist single-use equipment and ancillary materials for the needs of the Hemodynamic Laboratory: a. A detailed description of the subject of the procurement is provided in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. b. Quantities of the assortment intended for the bank/deposit: Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. 2) The contracting authority has divided the subject of the procurement into 13 parts (packages from 1 to 13), in accordance with the description set out in Section XXIII of the SWZ. 3) The subject of the procurement offered in the procedure has all the necessary certificates, including declarations of conformity, is in accordance with the standards in force in the European Union, meets the requirements specified in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices and the requirements of the higher regulations for market approval and use. 4) Other requirements related to the implementation of the procurement and the rules of cooperation between the contracting authority and the contractor are set out in the planned provisions of the agreement on the public procurement, constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
