Belgium – Management-related services – Concession de service relative à la gestion du stationnement à Tubize pour les années 2026 à 2038

The subject of the present concession is to implement an optimal parking management policy, that is to say, efficient, effective and high-performing, prioritising the following four objectives: - Fluidify traffic by improving parking turnover in the hyper-centre of Tubize; - Encourage multimodality (i.e. promote other types of transport in terms of alternative solutions for citizens according to their budget or their ideological values) and with a view to increasing the quality of life in the city centre; - Support commercial attractiveness through short-term parking policy near shops. This will improve the frequency of visits to shops located in the hyper-centre; - Free up spaces in the public realm for other amenities. The City expects the future concessionaire to manage parking in a participatory and evolutionary approach. By participatory management, we mean taking into account the interests of the City, its inhabitants and traders in order to participate in achieving the objectives of sustainable development as set by the municipal authorities. By evolutionary management, we mean adapting parking management to technological, social and environmental developments.
