The contractor carries out, on behalf of the Syndicat, the technical, administrative, legal and financial checks of the execution of the public service delegation contract for the operation of the UVE and all related acts. To do this, it must have an excellent knowledge of the contractual clauses established between the Syndicat and the UVE operator. It advises the Syndicat on the measures to be taken to bring the contract's services into compliance and improve them. The contractor is in direct contact with the UVE operator of Lunel-Viel, who must provide the Syndicat, and therefore the project manager it appoints, with all the monitoring elements. The contractor formalises requests for communication of elements and records all shortcomings in writing, whether they are temporary (failure to communicate an element) or contractual (failure to meet objectives). The contractor advises the Syndicat on the follow-up to be given by adjusting the response to the issue. All deviations from the regulation and contractual provisions are the subject of a descriptive note for the attention of the Syndicat, accompanied by a proposal for correspondence that the Syndicat can send to the operator.
