The Beuthener Straße Primary School in Hannover was partially destroyed by a fire. The 4-track primary school is to be comprehensively renovated at the existing location, expanded in the area of the fire to include an auditorium, sanitary facilities, full-day care, and a single-court sports hall. The school will be completely relocated during the construction period, so the realization can be carried out in one construction section. The gross floor area of the areas to be renovated and expanded is approximately 6,360 m2. The building is protected as a historic monument. The specialist planning of the technical equipment of the plant groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 according to § 53 HOAI and engineering structures according to § 41 HOAI No. 1, 2, is to be commissioned. A division into 3 lots is planned. The contracting authority reserves the right to award 1 to a maximum of 3 lots to one economic operator. The award of all lots to one bidder is therefore possible.
