At the HKW Klingenberg site, a new sustainable plant complex for heat generation is to be built by 2030. For the supply of the various project works associated with this at the site, the construction and connection, operation, maintenance, demand-oriented adaptation and final dismantling of the electrical supply (medium voltage 6 kV and low voltage systems 0.4 kV) for the required construction power grid, as well as the construction and connection, operation, maintenance, demand-oriented adaptation and final dismantling of the temporary lighting, are being tendered. Scope of services: - Work & assembly planning to the extent of the respective call-off - Creation of cable ducts/trenches, excavation pits, incl. as required soil improvement and building structures - Delivery, laying and installation of cables (electrical medium voltage level (6 kV) and low voltage level (0.4 kV)), optical fibre conductors, provision and connection of transformers and heavy-duty distributors, incl. the associated earthing and lightning protection measures as well as all tests and documentation - Cleaning and normative testing of the existing stations (transformers) for re-commissioning - Demand-oriented procurement, provision and connection of new transformer stations and 0.4-kV distributors incl. testing for IBS - Implementation of transformers and 0.4-kV distributors as part of the adaptation of the construction power grid to requirements, incl. electrical connection - Delivery, erection and electrical connection of temporary lighting systems, incl. the associated earthing, overvoltage and lightning protection measures as well as all tests and documentation Note: The interfaces to the construction power grid are defined by the cable end seals of the 6-kV feed lines at the cells of the switchgear in the support point 3 (electrical feed 6 kV, starting point on the operating site) and by the connection terminals of the NH outgoing busbars in the 0.4-kV heavy-duty distributors (SV, end point). All the aforementioned activities are to be carried out within these interfaces.
