Netherlands – Advertising and marketing services – Raamovereenkomst Digitale Communicatiediensten Goedopweg

The ongoing Framework Agreement with the supplier of Digital Content and digital services expires in 2026. Goedopweg requires a structural, multi-year collaboration with one digital partner that can contribute both creatively and technically to the realisation and further development of digital campaigns and digital solutions. This European procurement procedure aims to select one strategic digital partner to support Goedopweg in developing, executing, and further developing digital campaigns, digital solutions, and online channels, including the technical further development of the associated websites. Goedopweg intends to select one main contractor who – possibly together with partners - will shape the digital tasks for the period 2026 to 2028 and, if desired, can also contribute to the digital solutions. For the maximum contract duration - including extensions - of 4 years, the following estimate has been made: € 1.500.000,-- (ex. VAT). The contracting authority is entitled to take up to 150% of this estimated value under this Framework Agreement. The aforementioned scope is intended only as an indication. The contractor cannot derive any rights from this in any way. All amounts mentioned are exclusive of VAT. The contracting authority has no obligation to purchase and gives no turnover guarantee. In view of the CJEU ruling of 19 December 2018 (case C 216/17), the contracting authority is obliged to indicate a total maximum amount that can be taken under the framework agreements. The total maximum amount (over the entire duration including extension options) of the framework agreement amounts to € 2.250.000,-- (ex. VAT).
