Poland – Snow-clearing services – Zimowe utrzymanie dróg gminnych i powiatowych w granicach administracyjnych gminy Konstantynów Łódzki w sezonie zimowym 2026/2027 wraz z pozimowym sprzątaniem dróg gminnych

The subject of the contract is the provision of services involving 24-hour winter maintenance of municipal and county roads in the municipality of Konstantynów Łódzki during the 2026/2027 winter season, along with post-winter cleaning of municipal roads, divided into the following tasks: 1.1. Task 1: 24-hour winter maintenance of municipal and county roads within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Konstantynów Łódzki (basic contract) along with post-winter cleaning of municipal roads, 1.2. Task 2: increasing the expected scope of the basic contract related to the winter maintenance of municipal and county roads within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Konstantynów Łódzki along with post-winter cleaning of municipal roads (Task 1) to 200% of the value of the basic contract (option right), 2. The detailed scope of work and the method of implementing the services covered by the contract are included in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract and the Price Form, which are respectively Annex 1 and 2 to the SWZ. 3. Contract implementation period: from the date of signing the contract until 15.04.2027; 4. Detailed issues regarding the contract implementation period are regulated in the Draft Contract Clauses (PPU), which are Annex 6 to the SWZ. 5. The estimated start date of the contract period given in point 5.1.3 of the notice has been supplemented due to technical limitations of the platform and is only an estimated date.
