The new building will have two central high-efficiency ventilation systems for controlled supply and exhaust ventilation, which are weatherproof and located on the roof. One system will serve the Cluster area, and the other will serve the Kitchen, Cafeteria, Classrooms, Differentiated Learning Spaces, and Toilets. The air will be distributed through ventilation ducts and spiral-wound pipes. Supply and exhaust air will be introduced through swirl diffusers and butterfly valves. In the Cafeteria, supply air will be introduced through wide-throw nozzles. To balance the airflow, constant and variable volume flow regulators will be used.
