The statutory health insurers (whether HEK and/or hkk participate in the respective lot depends on the designation of the respective lot) aim to conclude discount contracts under § 130a para. 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substances, active substance combinations, dosage forms, strengths, or finished medicinal products specified in the respective lot. The subject of the contract are - unless the contract provides otherwise - always all interchangeable finished medicinal products of the contracting partner according to the framework contract for the supply of medicines under § 129 para. 2 SGB V. The contract is concluded under the Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract terms are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The statutory health insurers do not guarantee any exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract duration is a maximum of 24 months, starting at the earliest on 01.09.2026 (any deviations in start times are indicated in the respective lot). The contract ends at the latest on 31.08.2028 (possible exceptions are indicated in the respective lot), regardless of the date of the contract conclusion.
