The SNCB wishes to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of business travel management services for the benefit of SNCB, HR Rail, Infrabel, Benerail and YPTO employees. The expected services cover, among others, the booking and management of business trips, mainly flights, as well as hotel bookings, via, among others, an online booking platform provided by the successful tenderer. To ensure effective, centralized and compliant management of these trips, the SNCB is looking for a partner with a high-performance technological solution, dedicated support and processes to optimize travel costs, improve the user experience and ensure detailed tracking of travel-related activities and expenses.
