Poland – Tomography devices – Zakup tomografu komputerowego z oprogramowaniem kardiologicznym wraz z dostosowaniem infrastruktury

The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery, installation, assembly and commissioning of a computer tomograph with cardiological software, including adaptation of the infrastructure for the needs of the Independent Public Health Care Facility of the Voivodeship United Hospital named after Jędrzej Śniadecki in Białystok, as well as the provision of maintenance services during the warranty period for the completed task.

2. The detailed description and technical parameters of the subject of the contract, as well as the scope and size of the work necessary for the installation and commissioning of the computer tomograph, have been specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – Product and Price Form. The parameters of the rooms and the building, as well as the ventilation measurements, have been specified in Appendix No. 2a to the SWZ – Documents relating to room adaptation. Information on the rules for delivery, warranty and remuneration is contained in Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ – Draft contract terms.
