Greece – Public road transport services – Ανοικτού Δημόσιου Διαγωνισμού για την ανάθεση του αποκλειστικού δικαιώματος εκτέλεσης δημόσιων τακτικών [αστικών / υπεραστικών] οδικών μεταφορών επιβατών με λεωφορεία στην Περιφέρεια Ανατολικής Μακεδονίας και Θράκης με σύμβαση παραχώρησης δημόσιας υπηρεσίας σύμφωνα με τον Κανονισμό 1370/2007

The subject of the contract is the execution and exclusive operation of public regular urban and interurban road passenger transport, as well as accompanied baggage over 10 kilograms or unaccompanied baggage, by bus in the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace and more specifically in the network depicted in SECTION IV of this Declaration through a contract for the granting of public passenger transport services, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4974/2022 and in particular, Chapter E, as well as Regulation (EC) 1370/2007. Specifically, the subject of the contract is divided into two (2) Sections as follows: SECTION 1: 'Granting the right of exclusive operation of public regular interurban passenger transport by bus in the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace', estimated value 363,500,000.00 € plus VAT [i.e., 36,350,000 € annually, for ten (10) years] and SECTION 2: 'Granting the right of exclusive operation of public regular urban passenger transport by bus in the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace', estimated value 20,000,000.00 € plus VAT [i.e., 2,000,000 € annually, for ten (10) years]. The estimated value of the contract amounts to a total of 383,500,000.00 € excluding VAT 13% (estimated value including VAT: € 433,350,000.00). Including the right of option, if exercised under the terms and conditions of paragraph 4 of Article 4 of Regulation (EC) 1370/2007, the estimated value of the contract may increase to the amount of 575,250,000.00 € excluding VAT 13% (estimated value including VAT: € 650,032,500.00).
