Ireland – Construction work – Dublin City Council Contract for Works Contractor for Public Realm and Building Works at Library Square Ringsend

Public Realm and road works over approx. 0.5ha and building construction and refurbishment works over approximately 600sqm The project involves the realignment of Irishtown Road and the reconstruction and repaving of Library Square and Fitzwilliam Street with significant public realm (including high quality stone paving), landscaping and SUDs improvements, along with miscellaneous utility realignment and improvement works. The project also includes the refurbishment and extension of Ringsend Library. The Contractor will be responsible for all construction works as well as the management of traffic and safety on site..
