The subject of the order is the preparation of multi-sectoral design and cost documentation for the investment task entitled: Reconstruction with a change of use of part of the rooms and expansion of the building complex of the District Court in Pszczyna. The scope of work involves the preparation of comprehensive design and cost documentation for demolition, reconstruction, expansion with a change of use, including the adaptation of the building and the accompanying infrastructure located on the property, along with the development of the land for the needs of the court. The contracting authority reserves the right to exercise the option right in the scope of exercising authorship supervision over the prepared documentation.
