Description
The Contracting Authority wishes to contract a Contractor to carry out research into the resilience of the increasing decentralised energy system and the significance of this for the integrated energy system. The contract focuses on developing a coherent picture of the resilience of decentralised energy systems. This involves investigating how resilience can be defined, assessed and strengthened, and under what conditions decentralised energy systems can contribute to the resilience of the energy system as a whole. The contract includes, at a minimum, the development of a conceptual framework, an assessment framework, an analysis of risks and impact scenarios, measures to increase resilience, and action perspectives for policy, innovation and practice.
