Poland – Waste-tip management services – Świadczenie usług w zakresie odbioru i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych wytworzonych przez właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych i niezamieszkałych, położonych na terenie Miasta Cieszyna w latach 2027-2028

1. The subject of the order includes: 1) collection directly from the property of municipal waste generated by the owners of inhabited and uninhabited properties located in the City of Cieszyn in the years 2027-2028 and their disposal; 2) collection and disposal of municipal waste gathered at the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Cieszyn at ul. Motokrosowa 27. 2. The estimated mass of waste to be collected and disposed of during the contract period [Mg]: 1) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste - 12 588,00 2) selectively collected waste other than in point 3.1.3. subpoint 3) and subpoint 4) - 12 900,00 3) selectively collected waste classified as hazardous waste, with the exception of waste in the form of used electrical and electronic equipment classified as hazardous waste - 17,00 4) biowaste – 4 485,00 3. The subject of the order will be carried out by the Contractor in accordance with the description of the subject of the order, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - OPZ. 4. The Purchaser, in accordance with Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, requires that the contractor or subcontractor employ persons on the basis of an employment contract, within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code, to perform the following tasks: 1) persons employed in the collection of waste from the property, and 2) drivers and operators of dust-free vehicles and others, which the contractor will use in the implementation of the task, and 3) persons supervising the implementation of the subject of the contract, including logistics, administration and customer service staff. NOTICE: Detailed information has been specified in § 7 of the contract project constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ "Requirement to employ persons on an employment contract".
