Netherlands – Tree-cutting services – Kap en aanplant bomen gemeente Den Helder

The municipality of Den Helder intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with 1 Contractor for the felling and planting of trees. The following tasks fall under this:

• Conducting research and preparing planting sites;

• Removing trees;

• Removing woodland plantations;

• Removing stumps;

• Implementing planting site improvement;

• Supplying and planting trees;

• Installing provisions for trees;

• Aftercare of the trees for 36 months after planting;

• Removing planting provisions after 36 months;

• Restoring planting;

• Works on hard surfaces (clearing and/or installing);

• Digital registration of completed works;

• Deploying staff and equipment;

• Implementing traffic measures;

• Carrying out (small) additional works.

Furthermore, the following also falls under the scope of this contract:

• Controlling Dutch elm disease (removing diseased elms)

The estimated value of the contract is approximately 1.2 million euro excl. VAT over the entire duration of the agreement including any option years. This is an indication, no rights can be derived from it.
