The subject of the study is the construction of sports facilities within the immovable property, part of the former Camp "Kapetan Foufa" with a total area of 47,521.96 m². The sports facilities will include an open football field with at least 3,500 seats with the required accompanying facilities, an enclosed space which will operate as a training ground for track and field events, athlete training, rehabilitation and physiotherapy spaces and the required accompanying facilities.
