France – Child daycare services – Concession de Service Public pour la gestion et l'exploitation des multi-accueils « Les P'tits Mousses » et « Les Pitchounets » d'Auriol

This consultation concerns the management and operation of the multi-site childcare facilities "Les P'tits Mousses" and "Les Pitchounets", located in Auriol. The facilities in question consist of two childcare centres with a total capacity of 20 places for "Les P'tits Mousses" and 39 places for "Les Pitchounets". The Concessionaire's mission is to manage the service and operate the facilities provided by the Public Entity, under the conditions defined by the concession contract. This consultation includes an option, as defined in Articles L.3135.1 and R.3135-1 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP), which involves increasing the capacity of the "Les P'tits Mousses" nursery from 20 to 24 places, due to a potential relocation of the facility (still within Auriol). The age range for children would also change from 2.5 months to 4 years, instead of the current 15 months to 4 years (acquired contract, due to current building constraints). Candidates must submit a technical and financial offer for both the base offer, as defined in the specifications, and to respond to this option.
