Netherlands – Grounds maintenance services – Europese openbare aanbesteding Groenonderhoud en Gladheidsbestrijding Hoofdkantoor ten behoeve van de N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie uitgevoerd via Ariba

Gasunie aims to achieve with this contract that the outdoor area of its headquarters located in Groningen is maintained safely, well-kept, representative and in accordance with the applicable quality and safety standards during the contract period. The contract involves carrying out regular and corrective green maintenance, carrying out ice and snow removal and maintaining drainage ditches, in accordance with a RAW specification. The desired outcome is that:

• The outdoor area meets the established visual and maintenance levels throughout the year;

• The safety and accessibility of the outdoor area and the hard surfaces are guaranteed;

• The outdoor area has a representative appearance that matches the headquarters of Gasunie;

• The maintenance is carried out efficiently and manageably within the contractual agreements.

Agreement of four (4) years with an option to extend four (4) times one (1) year. See tender documents in Ariba.
