Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Freianlagenplanung und Ingenieurbauwerke, Neubau der Umkleide- und Tribünenanlage, Sportpark Glashütter Weiher in Stolberg (Rhld.)

The subject of this procedure is the award of planning services for the open spaces and civil engineering works as part of the project "Replacement new construction of the changing and stand facility at Sportpark Glashütter Weiher" (Schafberg 2, 52223 Stolberg). The measure includes the redesign of the outdoor facilities (approx. 1,000 m²) and the planning of the necessary civil engineering works (in particular drainage systems and structural installations in the outdoor area). The contractor will be commissioned with the basic services of landscape planning (Section 39 HOAI) and the planning of civil engineering works (Section 43 HOAI) for phases 1 to 9 and agreed special services. The aim is the functional and design integration of the new functional building into the existing stadium site, the creation of barrier-free pathways and the implementation of a sustainable drainage concept taking into account the topographical challenges (slope).
