The subject of the contract is: 1) the supply of reagents, control/calibration materials and consumables for performing tests using molecular biology methods for the simultaneous detection of: RNA HCV, RNA HIV, DNA HBV in serum pools. 2) the lease of two automated analytical systems (hereinafter referred to as: apparatus or analysers) along with the necessary control systems to perform the aforementioned tests in order to release 300 000 (three hundred thousand) donations with the possibility of automatic archiving of the tested material. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex No. 9 (Price List Form) and Annex No. 2 (Description of the Subject of the Contract) to the SWZ. 3. The delivery of the subject of the contract to the Regional Blood Centre and Blood Treatment in Łódź (at the location at ul. Franciszkańska 17/25, 91-433 Łódź) will be made at the cost and risk of the Contractor. 4. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ (Draft Contract Terms). 5. Whenever in the SWZ and its annexes the subject of the contract is described by indicating trademarks, patents or origin, source or a special process that characterizes the products or services supplied by a specific contractor, this should be understood as merely an example of a product, process, solution or functionality, that is, a definition of the minimum quality parameters and user characteristics of the product, material or technology and it should be assumed that such an indication is always accompanied by the expression "or equivalent". Such an indication is intended solely to specify the expectations of the Buyer. In such a case, the Buyer allows for the submission of equivalent offers, where the equivalent solutions offered must have parameters no worse than those specified by the Buyer. As minimum quality parameters and user characteristics, one should understand the requirements relating to products, processes, functionality, materials or devices contained in generally available sources, catalogues and websites of various manufacturers. Also, in the case of the Buyer referring to standards, European technical approvals, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems (certificates) relating to the subject of the contract, equivalent solutions to those described by the Buyer are allowed. In the scope of the standards referred to in the documentation, they constitute a minimum requirement, i.e. higher, equivalent standards are allowed. The contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Buyer has the obligation to prove that the supplies or services offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Buyer.
