Stichting Kunstmuseum Den Haag (Kunstmuseum Den Haag, Fotomuseum Den Haag and KM21) is renewing its online and offline ticketing and cash register system. The contract involves the delivery, implementation, management, support and further development of a SaaS ticketing and cash register system, including hardware (cash registers, scanners, peripherals) on a rental basis. The shop/PoS solution is excluded from the contract; an open, standardised interface for this is required. European non-open procedure: a maximum of five candidates will be invited to register. Three locations/brands: Kunstmuseum Den Haag, Fotomuseum Den Haag and KM21. For indication: approximately 477,000 visitors in 2025, of which approximately 135,000 online sold tickets.
