Germany – Cleaning services – Reinigungsdienstleistungen Stadt Giengen

The contracting authority is tendering for the maintenance cleaning of properties in the city of Giengen an der Brenz. The award of the services will be made in 4 lots (3 lots for maintenance and floor cleaning, 1 lot for glass and frame cleaning). The contract will commence on 01.01.2027 and will be fixed for 2 years. The contract period will then be extended by one year each time, unless it is terminated by one of the contracting parties with a notice period of 3 months to the end of the month. All terminations must be in writing. The contract period ends after a maximum of 5 years, without the need for a separate termination. The following criteria with their respective weighting will be taken into account for the evaluation of the tenders in the procurement procedure: number of execution hours 35%, total price 35%, concepts 30%.
