The subject of this public contract (hereinafter also “PC”) is the provision of asymmetric internet services for data transfers at selected premises of the Financial Administration (hereinafter “FA”), in accordance with the conditions set out in the Draft Contracts for the Provision of Electronic Communications Services (hereinafter also “contract” or “draft contract”), which form Annex No. 1 ZD (a separate draft contract for each part of the PC). The public contract is divided into 3 separate parts in accordance with the provisions of Sections 35 and 101 of the Public Procurement Act, as follows: Part 1 – South Bohemian Region (hereinafter “Part 1”), Part 2 – Plzeň Region (hereinafter “Part 2”), Part 3 – Prague (hereinafter “Part 3”).

1) Subject of Performance Part 1

The subject of performance of Part 1 is the provision of asymmetric internet services for data transfers to cloud services at selected premises of the FA in the South Bohemian Region, in accordance with the draft contract set out in Annex No. 1 ZD. The subject of performance will be provided at 8 locations, see section 4.2.

2) Subject of Performance Part 2

The subject of performance of Part 2 is the provision of asymmetric internet services for data transfers to cloud services at selected premises of the FA in the Plzeň Region, in accordance with the draft contract set out in Annex No. 1 ZD. The subject of performance will be provided at 3 locations, see section 4.2.

3) Subject of Performance Part 3

The subject of performance of Part 3 is the provision of asymmetric internet services for data transfers to cloud services at selected premises of the FA in the capital city of Prague, in accordance with the draft contract set out in Annex No. 1 ZD. The subject of performance will be provided at 15 locations, see section 4.2.
