The subject of the contract is the supply of a system for sample preparation for the needs of the Chemical Faculty of the Lodz University of Technology. 2) In particular, the Contractor will be obliged to: a) supply equipment, namely a microwave mineraliser with a single high-pressure reaction chamber made of stainless steel with a reactor chamber capacity of not less than 990 ml, equipped with a station for obtaining deionised water with a specific electrical conductivity of ≤ 0.055 μS/cm, b) assembly, installation and commissioning of the equipment in the laboratory immediately upon delivery and verification of its correct operation to achieve the required parameters, c) conduct training for the staff of the Purchaser who are the users in the correct operation of the equipment and maintenance. The training will take place immediately after installation and commissioning of the equipment on a working day, d) provide a warranty and quality guarantee for the subject of the contract for the period specified in the submitted offer, e) maintain the delivered subject of the contract for the period specified in the contract, f) perform warranty service during the warranty period, including providing technical assistance. 3) The subject of the contract must be executed in accordance with the Act of 19 July 2019 on ensuring accessibility to people with special needs. 4) The detailed requirements of the Purchaser regarding the execution of the subject of the contract are contained in the Subject of the Contract Description, which is Annex No. 8 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ"), all annexes to the OPZ are an integral part of it as well as the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ.
