Subject of the contract 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of factory-new parts for combines of type 4LS20, 7LS22 and for belt conveyors of type JOY AFC and JOY BSL operating in underground coal mines extracting hard coal in areas at risk of methane and coal dust explosions. 2. The subject contract is a sector contract in accordance with Article 7(35) of the Pzp Act. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Part III of the SWZ.
