Procedure for Tendering by means of the European open procedure in accordance with the (amended) Public Procurement Act 2012. Contracting Authority The contracting authority for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. Contract The contract concerns: crowd management and additional services at the recreational lakes Galderse Meren and Asterdplas, and at other municipal recreational areas. Lots This contract is not divided into lots. Objective The objective of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of these services with a duration of 2 years, starting on 1 April 2027. The contracting authority has the unilateral right to extend this 2 times by 1 year. The decision-making regarding this/these extension(s) will be based on an evaluation of the services provided. Maximum Contract Value The maximum contract value within the framework of this framework agreement is set at € ----,- over the duration of the agreement, including extension options. No rights can be derived from the stated amount. The contracting authority has no obligation to purchase. If the maximum contract value is exceeded during the duration of the framework agreement, the framework agreement will be terminated (earlier).
