The HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH is one of the six municipal housing companies of the Land Berlin. As part of the Berlin School Construction Offensive, HOWOGE is responsible for the new construction and major renovations of schools for the Land Berlin. In this role, HOWOGE intends to build two primary schools with gymnasiums and uncovered school outdoor and sports facilities in modular construction as part of the BSO. For the implementation of the school new construction projects Grundschule mit Sporthalle Marienfelder Allee (MFA) and Klützer Straße (KLS), project management services are required. These are the subject of this tender procedure.
