Architectural design pursuant to § 34 HOAI, phases 1-9, general renovation and extension of a listed kindergarten/day care centre at Herrnstraße 19a, 80539 Munich. The Bavarian capital Munich plans a general renovation and extension of the children's centre from the current 3 groups (75 children) to a children's centre with ideally 6 groups (150 children), 3 kindergarten and 3 day care groups. The number/ distribution of groups may still vary. Currently, investigations are underway to clarify the building regulations. The monument protection of the individual monument and the entire ensemble must be observed. Due to the limited space on the site, caused by the neighbouring buildings and the largely protected tree population, a compact building structure and possibly the use of the roof for the required open spaces are necessary. The existing building is a single-storey pavilion from the 1950s with a low-pitched roof. There are further listed buildings on both sides, the facades of which should be affected as little as possible. The school's playground is also the open area of the day care centre. In the future, however, the uses should be separated as far as possible. Desired net usable floor area (1-7): approx. 950 m² (may still vary depending on the number of groups).
