3.1. The subject of the order is „Protection of the biological diversity of the south-eastern part of the Northern Sub-region of Opolskie” within the framework of the European Funds for Opolskie 2021-2027, divided into two tasks. 3.2. Task No. 1, named: „Creation of a conservation plot of weeds in Świercze along with the construction of shelters for protected species of bumblebees and actions related to the improvement of the conservation status of the oak fern”. It consists of the following parts: a) Part 1: Creation of a conservation plot of weeds in Świercze along with the construction of shelters for protected species of bumblebees; b) Part 2: Actions related to the improvement of the conservation status of the oak fern (tree planting). 3.2.1. Place of implementation: a) Part 1: part of the plot No. 103, district 0070 Świercze, Olesno, an area of approximately 0.8 ha, which is the target area for the habitats of protected species of bumblebees on the ecosystem subtypes indicated in the report entitled: „Naturalistic expertise preceding the preparatory works before the implementation of the task of creating a conservation plot of weeds on part of the cadastral plot No. 103 district Świercze, Olesno” (by Prof. Arkadiusz Nowak and Dr. Sylwia Nowak, April 2026), hereinafter referred to as the „expertise” – Annex No. 1A/zał_OPZ_Zadanie_1/ Zał_ 1. b) Part 2: planting sites, determined on the basis of data from the Natural Inventory of the Olesno Commune in 2020-2021 (by Gobio Usługi Przyrodnicze Michał Mięsikowski), hereinafter referred to as the „Inventory” – Annex 2. The final planting sites will be determined on the basis of the list of cadastral plots, which are the property of the Olesno Commune, after approval by the nature conservation authority – Annex No. 1A/zał_OPZ_Zadanie_1/Zał_3. 3.3. Task No. 2, named: „Cleaning of the territory contaminated with waste” a) The subject of the order is a comprehensive service covering loading, transport and disposal (e.g. subjecting to recovery and/or neutralisation processes) of waste generated after sorting municipal waste, hereinafter referred to as „waste”. b) The main mass of waste covered by the order are waste classified according to the documentation held under the code: 15 01 02 Waste packaging of plastics. c) The estimated amount of waste referred to in point 1.2 is approximately 745 Mg. This is an indicative value. The contractor is obligated to remove all waste present on the territory covered by the order, regardless of the final mass of waste. The implementation of the order covers the removal and disposal of waste located on the indicated contaminated area of approximately 0.8 ha (constituting the target implementation site of part of Task 1 named: Creation of a conservation plot of weeds in Świercze along with the construction of shelters for protected species of bumblebees and actions related to the improvement of the conservation status of the oak fern). The final mass of waste will be determined on the basis of the actual weighing of the waste on a legalised scale at the time of their acceptance to the installation leading the processing process. The document with the given weighing will be used in the process of approving the Waste Transfer Note (KPO) in the BDO system. 3.4. The detailed description of the subject of the order includes: Description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) constituting Annex No. 1A (file folder) to SWZ and Essential Provisions of the Contract – Annex No. 3.
