Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Dobrzyca w 2027 r

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service for the management of municipal waste, consisting of: 1) accepting municipal waste, specified by type, at the location for accepting municipal waste indicated and provided by the Contractor, from the municipal waste collection operator, in a manner compliant with the law and the requirements arising from the contract documents, 2) processing the accepted municipal waste in recovery (R) and/or disposal (D) processes, at the location for managing municipal waste indicated and provided by the Contractor, in a manner compliant with the law and the requirements arising from the contract documents, 3) fulfilling reporting and information obligations, 4) fulfilling obligations guaranteeing the Contracting Authority the possibilities to exercise control and verification rights, 5) fulfilling services and obligations related to the services expressed above in points 1 – 4) – hereinafter collectively referred to as the “municipal waste management service”. 2. By “municipal waste” is meant waste as defined in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587 as amended, hereinafter: “u.o.”) and the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, hereinafter: “u.c.p.g”). The provision of any services or obligations regarding waste other than municipal waste is outside the scope of the contract. The scope of municipal waste covered by the subject of the contract as well as its estimated quantity are specified in the further part of the OPZ. 3. The contract covers the municipal waste management service originating from the area of the Municipality of Dobrzyca, the types and estimated quantities of which have been indicated in Section III.2 of the OPZ (Attachment No. 1 to the SWZ), and the contract implementation period has been specified in Section III.1 of the OPZ (Attachment No. 1 to the SWZ).
