France – Health and safety consultancy services – Choix du Coordonnateur Sécurité Protection Santé pour la réhabilitation de 530 logements, Quartier de Vermand à Saint Quentin

Contract awarded under Articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code of 1st April 2019. The present consultation is a relaunch of procedure No. 25661, which was declared unsuccessful due to errors in the definition of the need. The mission entrusted will be a mission under Law No. 93-1418 of 3 December 1993 (CSPS level 1 with the establishment of a CISSCT) and the texts taken for its application, supplemented by the mission "Implementation of an access control system and verification of the compliance of site interveners" (Article 10.9.2 of the contract). All missions are detailed in the AE, which has the value of a technical specification. The estimated duration of the work is 48 months with a start envisaged for September 2029. The estimated budget for the work is 40,000,000.00 euros, excluding tax (including VRD). The contract is awarded at a fixed, revisable price. Participation in the present consultation is reserved for Health and Safety Coordinators possessing the required skills under Articles R.4532-25 and R.4532-26 of the Labour Code.
