The rental of temporary staff (from scale 9) for various fields of expertise that apply within the Contracting Authorities (Municipality of Terneuzen, Municipality of Sluis, implementing organisation Sabewa Zeeland and Impuls Zeeland). The contractor (broker/intermediary service provider) is responsible for the process of recruitment and (pre)selection of temporary staff, as well as the administrative and legal process, including indemnification for/management of risks, control, responsibilities, administrative actions, invoicing and payment of the temporary staff. Based on historical data, the following approximate procurement volumes are realized per year: • Municipality of Terneuzen: € 3.5 million • Municipality of Sluis: € 2.3 million • Sabewa Zeeland: € 1 million • Impuls Zeeland: € 0.6 million The maximum contract value of the total Framework Agreement is set at € 63.9 million. This takes into account the growth in rental during the contract years and other uncertainties due to shrinkage of the labour market in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen in the next 6 years.
