Czechia – Architectural, engineering and surveying services – KoPÚ Sýrovice

The subject of this public contract is the processing of a design for complex land adjustments (hereinafter “KoPÚ”) in the cadastral area of Sýrovice, including necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class determined for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Sb., on the real estate cadastre (cadastre decree), as amended by later regulations (hereinafter “cadastre decree”). The KoPÚ design will be processed so that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the land office on the approval of the land adjustment proposal and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The KoPÚ design will be made according to a more detailed breakdown that precisely corresponds to the requirements set out in Decree No. 13/2014 Sb., on the procedure for carrying out land adjustments and the requirements for land adjustment proposals, as amended by later regulations (hereinafter “Decree No. 13/2014 Sb.”). The scope of the complex land adjustments will include the entire cadastral area of the municipality of Sýrovice, excluding the built-up area of the municipality. The expected area of the solved territory is 370 ha in the cadastral area (hereinafter “k. ú.”).
