This procurement concerns primarily icebreaking and towing services within the Örnsköldsviks port and fairway area. The service includes Framnäs port, Domsjö port, Hörneborgs port, Alfredshems port, the oil port in Järved, Hörneborgs energy port, and the fairway out to Malmöfjärden. This also includes Köpmanholmens port. If needed, Stadskajen may also be included. The assignment includes both standby and performance of icebreaking and towing services. The estimated volume is approximately 350 hours per year, but the volume may vary from year to year and is not guaranteed. The procurement is carried out as a negotiated procedure with prior announcement according to LUF. The contracting authority may, but is not obligated to, conduct negotiations with one or more tenderers. All communication must take place via e-avrop. The contract is awarded to the tenderer who meets all the must requirements and offers the lowest price.
